Issues of Cultural Identity and Globalization in the Youth of Today

The world's economic systems, communication networks, cultural practices, and social interactions have all been profoundly impacted by globalization, making it one of the most powerful factors influencing modern societies. Media, transportation, technology, and international migration have all contributed to the acceleration of globalization, which in turn has increased the frequency and depth of encounters between people of different cultural origins. The exposure of young adults to global ideas, lifestyles, values, and cultural products makes them particularly vulnerable to these changes. In the modern period, this exposure has greatly impacted how cultural identities are formed and expressed. the sociological viewpoint on the connection between cultural identity and globalization among young adults. the ways in which youth's worldviews are impacted by transnational communication, digital media, education, consumer culture, and cultural fluxes on a global scale. The processes by which individuals and groups of young people build their identities in the context of local cultural traditions and global influences.
