The Impact of Demographic Variables on the Quality of Work Life among Working Women : A Field Study at the Public Hospital Establishment of the Martyrs Saad Qarmash, Saudi, Ammar, and Ahmida – Skikda

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the impact of demographic variables on the quality of work life among working women at the Public Hospital Establishment of the Martyrs in Skikda Province. The descriptive approach was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection instrument. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 60 female employees. After collecting, coding, and analyzing the data using appropriate statistical techniques, the study yielded the following findings:

There were no statistically significant differences in the quality of work life among working women attributable to marital status at the 0.05 significance level.

There were no statistically significant differences in the quality of work life among working women attributable to age at the 0.05 significance level.

There were no statistically significant differences in the quality of work life among working women attributable to length of work experience (seniority) at the 0.05 significance level.
