Abstract

Natural ingredients and substances derived from plants have long been used in Ayurveda, an old medical system, to improve health. These medicinal substances, which are commonly called "powerful molecules," have recently attracted a lot of interest from researchers due to the bioactive effects they have. physiological effects, modes of action, and therapeutic potential of these powerful compounds, as well as their function and influence on Ayurvedic treatments. important ingredients found in many Ayurvedic medicines and remedies, including cannabinoids, terpenoids, flavonoids, and alkaloids. The goal of this study is to help close the gap between Ayurvedic practice and contemporary molecular biology by reviewing the relevant scientific literature in depth. The hope is that this will shed light on how these potent molecules aid in the success of Ayurvedic remedies for a variety of conditions, from long-term illnesses to psychological issues. The difficulties in making these compounds clinically applicable and the necessity of conducting additional trials to prove their therapeutic efficacy are addressed. Ultimately, the increasing importance of potent compounds in Ayurveda, arguing for their incorporation into contemporary healthcare procedures while guaranteeing the security, effectiveness, and longevity of Ayurvedic treatment in modern medicine.
